9/10Brilliant food in a really nice atmosphere. Basically in old trafford and is a 30 second walk away from the megastore which is great. They showed the games in good quality and the tv screen didn’t glitch once. The only problems are the prices are a bit high and the food, takes a bit of time to come.

5/10First impressions were good, nice greeting and offered a choice of table. Got menus (kids menu with no pencils for the activities?) and made choices. Waitress came to take our order but wasn’t writing it down, I said will you remember all this?! She said oooh yes… she didn’t! Drinks took an age, they forgot some of them and said they didn’t have one from we ordered, even though later we saw it being served to another table…. My white wine was room temp but I used ice from a family members drink to rectify… Food took less time but some of our food was wrong and some was missing. No check back to see if all was ok and when I tried to speak to one waiter his response was “just wait!” But he never came back. Tried to catch the manageress’s attention but she seemed to be adept in avoiding eye contact. All in all good tasted nice but service was a total shambles. I would’ve told them this directly but no one asked.

10/10The most perfect location across from the stadium. Food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Our waitress couldn't have done any more for me and my 2 boys...highlighted by the sweet bags after dinner.

5.5/10Waiting over 40 mins for a simple starter was a bit much especially when we had to tell them it still hadn’t come, or we might still have been waiting now!!!! The food was ok at best. No vegetables with our meal and the gravy was cold. Not a good start to a celebrity 60th weekend. Offer of no charge for starter and a free drink did help to make it a little more accessible.

5/10The lady who looked after us was fantastic, great service though had to chase for bill twice. Food was disappointing given the price, the burger was cold and chips undercooked. Kids had pizza, one had the adult pizza and the other the child’s pizza… the child’s pizza was EXACTLY the same as the adults pizza. Alcohol expensive. Atmosphere decent given the football was on.

6/10The staff were lovely and service was quick but the afternoon teas were very poor! Hardly any filling on the sandwiches the bread was crusty and dry. Yorkshire puddings we’re cold and jelly was warm! Very disappointing it was a lot to pay for a small fish and chips which were the only decent thing on the tray. A lot of money for a substantial afternoon tea ☹️

9/10The staff were very attentive and lovely. The food was very tasty. Very happy with the experience. The only thing was that its very echoing in the cafe and the music and loud children were a bit much at times.

6.5/10My experience was indifferent to say the least. We booked a table for 3 for myself and my two daughters (their first time). Welcome was pleasant and waitress was extremely friendly although if I’m honest I would rather not have someone who clearly had just been smoking serve me because that was all I could smell and as one of my daughters has asthma this didn’t help. I ordered a garlic bread without cheese and our meals. The garlic bread took approximately 15 minutes and then came with cheese. The waitress apologised and said it was her mistake although the supervisor/‘manager made no apology. 5 minutes later the main meal arrives but we still hadn’t received the garlic bread starter. I asked for it to be taken back whilst we had our garlic bread and once again received no apology. The garlic bread arrived a few minutes later and whilst we were eating this a member of staff dropped some plates and glasses near us which went all over the floor. Our main meals then came which were nice but to be honest the whole experience had been ruined. We never received any formal apology for any of the issues and it is shame that my children had such a negative first experience of the hotel football. To be honest I have been in many times on match day but never eaten and I’m not sure I will again. Some good customer service would have helped. It was extremely quiet as well so expected far better service.

6.8/10The food was really nice but in comparison to previous visits the experience was just ok. I made notes upon booking that my eldest daughter has a severe tree nut allergy no mentioned it when we arrived or offered any details of allergens used for is to see. The person who greeted us assumed my daughter was over 12 and so did not give her a children's menu with activities so we had to ask for one. The children's activity booklet required crayons especially as the main activity was decorating football boots but the staff seemed to struggle to find these although they were eventually provided. It was only when we were placing our food order we were advised that they did not have pork belly or any meals containing lamb which was disappointing as my husband had chosen the pork belly starter and a lamb based main course. My daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza which came without pepperoni and had to go back and they just literally popped some pepperoni on top and put it under the grill for a minute. Both my daughters had milkshakes as part of the kids deal which they very much enjoyed and the trip to the on house sweet shop is always popular. I have rated value for money as it was kids eat free in half term.

6/10We have eaten here 20 or 30 times and the food on this occasion was disappointing. I had a Hometeam Burger, which I have had before, enjoyed and even recommended. I left most of my burger this time and provided the following feedback to our server. The patty was overprocessed (ground) and was hard compacted, had a slightly unpleasant greasy taste, but was tough and very dry. My wife had a large Chicken Caesar Salad which was OK but the croutons were so hard and almost impossible to bite into. I assume they had beed deep fried, which is not how to make them. It was disappointing that whilst the server had mentioned the burger issue to the kitchen it was "noted", but no offer to compensate me for the poor experience was made. We will think again before choosing `these dishes again and may book somewhere else.
