6/10When booking in advance one expects a better table location than near the entrance door in the conservatory . People who waited in the queue got better tables. This ruined the whole idea of visiting this famous Vienna cafe. Other than that it was ok.

10/10Always a locally crafted menu very well executed. It is never pretentious and it never disappoints. Proper service, good food, authentic ambience. What else could one wish for? Please don’t tell anybody so we don’t spoil it….;)

7/10I made a reservation for 7 people, but the table didn't actually fit us. The food isn't exceptional but the service was quite good. It is OK for tourists

2/10Poor. Seated in a conservatory that could have been anywhere. No attention or service and couldn’t get the bill for love nor money to leave. There are plenty of other really lovely coffee shops in Vienna!

2/10frankly disinterested staff in serving guests. primitive menu for crazy money, including primitive cheap wines presented as fine. the atmosphere of a simple food point for tourists. Neither background music, nor hospitality in serving dishes. an undeservedly advertised place for tourists.
