10/10We had the fish and chips the serve was huge batter was very nice we also shared a steak sandwich once again very nice chips were hot and the house slaw was one of the best staff very nice and welcoming would recommend to everyone

9/10Used the Fork app and had a $50 discount due to accumulated yums! Was told there would be a half hour wait due to a big seniors group ordering before us but it didn’t take that long. We had a margarita pizza and the porterhouse steak with chips and slaw, I opted for no sauce. Portions were generous and food was excellent. Next time we will grab a table away from the lily pond as once the food came out the bugs were swarming. Ambience was lovely although a tad noisy due to the Stirling Hwy, but we will return!

5.5/10Nuggets and arancini were over cooked and nicer if fried to a golden brown rather than dark nearly burnt. Calamari and chips was served without salad and sauce as pictured in the menu making it a too dry meal. Asked for bbq sauce and was served tomato sauce. Ordered beer and was not served beer. Chocolate cake was like a mud cake. Takeaway was late and no paper bag only trash bags. Good service from person who took order and disappointing service from kitchen and subsequent team member.

9/10Great staff and service: Downside for ordering through the menu ap is some items list as unavailable but they are available when you ask at the bar and items ordered through the ap run out so staff have to come and ask you to change your order. Only complaint is we ordered the lobster special which was listed as grilled lobster with chips and salad. It is in fact 1/2 a lobster which I think should be specified and the lobster had already been removed from the shell turn out back in so was quite dry when reheated and served. Staff are amazing, I booked through the ap at 10am but they didn’t receive the booking until 45 min before we arrived and they still accommodated us and were super friendly and efficient.

8/10Lobster was a pleasant surprise, tender and warm covered by flavoursome herb and garlic butter and served with generous portion of chips and salad. All other meals were served with generous portion of chips. Good selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

3.5/10Do not go here if hoping to redeem your yum points on any specials - THEY WILL NOT USE THEM FOR SPECIALS also the menu prices have not been ‘updated’ and meals have supposedly increased in price but you will not find this out until you pay

8/10We had the lamb shank, scotch fillet and salmon. Lamb Shank was on the smaller side but delicious. Love the sauce. On menu it states red wine jus but tasted like bovril/marmite. Scotch Fillet was also good but per our previous dining experience, the sauces still need improving. Son had the garlic sauce and it was watery but he said it tasted good. The Kitchen should attempt to get the sauces right and everything would be perfect. Salmon had the slightly crispy (could be more crisp) skin with a very generous serve of salad. I am nearly always dismayed by the small serving of sides with the main but not here. The serving staff were all a delight too.

9/10Very pleasant and friendly server. The Tomahawk special was really good value and cooked medium rare as requested. However, pepper sauce didn't taste peppery at all and could be much thicker too. Like the addition of the onion rings and corn on top of the salad & chips.

8/10We loved the restaurant, lots of character being Mothers Day the staff treated us really special and enjoyed the lovely gift of macaroons waiting at our table. I ordered the salt n pepper squid a bit disappointed as a bit of salad or garnish would of been nice and if the squid was not the rings you get in the fish n chip shop but my mother enjoyed her meal. Would go back as my mum loved it.

6/10The menu has been changed significantly not offering salad with anything even when asked to substitute it from a slaw. Very little to choose from. The staff were great I feel it was the menu that let them down today

7/10Waiter really need to be taught not to be rude. He will collect your plates away without asking if you have finished eating and totally no manners when talking to you.
