About the restaurant Carlito's

Whilst visiting Bruges with my partner we decided to pre-book a meal to avoid disappointment. I have a gluten intolerance and we chose this place as it clearly states it caters for people who need a gluten free diet. I also made an additional note about my intolerance in the pre-booking section just to make sure. Upon arrival they had no idea that we'd booked, and had no idea about gluten free dishes on their menu. Once seated I went back up just to double check, the guy said he'd check in the kitchen, my partner spotted them laughing between themselves (not great when you are wanting to pay money to eat food that won't make you ill) the guy came back out and just kept saying "spaghetti." I took it at face value until I sat down and my partner said he'd seen them not just laughing but sniggering. Just awful. We got up and left ASAP. I'm sure this would be a nice place if you don't have an intolerance of any kind but for my personally it was atrocious.
