7/10The prices seemed to be higher than stand alone Carluccios and high for what we received. However, the staff were really professional and friendly and made really excellent cocktails. The ambience was slightly lacking in character as is often the case with a "hotel" restaurant, but it was nevertheless cheerful. On the whole a pleasant dining experience.

10/10The restaurant as always was amazing and our meal delicious BUT we had booked it for the festive menu which was not available, NOT A SINGLE ITEM FROM IT, hence we were hugely disappointed!

6/10They tried to say the offer was 20% off rather than £20 off which was funny as I got the £20 off at the same place without a problem a month ago. Eventually it was sorted. Food was OK. A man off the street came in begging diners for money and no attempt was made to throw him out. Surprising Marriott hotels allow this.

9.5/10Amazing service from Marvellous and Amine - warm welcome, knowledgeable and so accommodating. Thank you for making it a great dining experience. Superb beetroot goats cheese pizza, chicken saltibucco went down a treat. Sumptuous cocktails in happy hour. Delicious chocolate bread & butter pudding. This is a great local find.

5.5/10They didn't have what I really wanted which was the spaghetti veganesca so I had to make a second choice. The service was very bad. I waited about 20 minutes after finishing the main course I was waving frantically to get the waitresses attention. She was engrossed in laying tables. In the end I had to go up to the bar area to order dessert. No one bothered to ask if everything was alright with the meal.

10/10Tried the lasagna and a pizza. Both were great. The space is really light and airy with big windows. Thank you to the girl that served us she was very nice.

6.5/10The wait staff has no knowledge of the Fork booking system and the Yum loyalty program. I have to show them the email confirmation and explain the redemption of my £20 off the bill. Then the wait staff has to locate their manager to find out how to handle the Fork yum loyalty program and redemption. My husband ordered a drink and a main entree and I ordered an appetizer and a main entree. The waitress served my appetizer and my husband main entree at the same time. I did not get my main entree when my husband is finished with his entree.
