- Sirloin is cut from the loin - between the lowest ribs and the hip joints. Featuring a distinctive strip of fat down one side, it has visible marbling, which keeps the meat tender, juicy and tasty.

- Ribeye is cut from the rib section. Combined with excellent marbling, the natural ring of fat in the centre - the ‘eye’ - keeps the meat succulent and flavoursome.

10/10Very well located for the GLive venue, this restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food (the two course set menu) was excellent - one of the best steaks I have tasted All in all an excellent pre-theatre experience

2.5/10The restaurant was averagely busy and yet there were only two waiting staff and one cook in evidence. We ordered drinks which took an age to come. The tapas was ok nice ideas executed averagely well. My partner's hamburger was inedible!! The steaks were ok but not £30 worth. When i booked through the Fork i was given a 20% discount but that was not put on the bill, i forgot to ask for it so my fault but i hope that in future discounts will be honoured

10/10Great service, very friendly and attentive. Excellent fillet steak, melt in the mouth tender. Very hot and humid day, windows and doors open to the road, but didn’t notice any adverse effects. Great evening.

8.5/10Food excellent, tapas starters very nice and very good quality steak, expertly cooked to each persons requirements. Service friendlyish but a bit hap hazard, some team members being better than others. Overall good, but the food was excellent, which a key reason for going so would definitely return.
