10/10Every detail, from the location itself to the meal and service, was immaculate. The chef’s imagination in putting together the dishes took my breath away, particularly with the shrimp dish and the hake dish. It was, without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.

10/10Outstanding restaurant with a completely unique location on the border of the Atlantic. The food is exquisite, elegant, tasteful. beautiful and at the highest level. Wine pairing is well thought through, with great selections primarily from Portugal. All in all an experience not to be missed - I don't understand why they don't have three stars

8.5/10It’s an interesting experience. But everything is super secretive. I would have liked to see the wine menu. The servers were nice but also a little aloof. They did handle my food allergy really well.

8.5/10A wonderful dining experience - seafood throughout! - but the lighting in the restaurant (otherwise situated in a beautiful spot) was annoying. I had considerable difficulty seeing and photographing the plates. Nevertheless, the culinary experience was amazing - a must-go place in the Porto region! The service was absolutely impeccable.

10/10Truly a unique experience from both a culinary and artistic perspective. The full tasting menu includes dishes that are innovative and delicious, with a few exciting surprises throughout the course of the presentation. Highly recommend one of the wine pairing options as the sommelier did a fantastic job complementing dishes with local wines. This meal will stick with us for a long time - I am confident that we will be talking about it for months to come.

9.5/10The staff goes above and beyond to make it a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. We felt very welcomed and looked after while enjoying some of the most unique seafood moments. We were sat for a late evening dining away from the window so the view was not there for us, would recommend a reservation before sundown

10/10We opted for 12 « moments » menu. The dishes were amazing: whimsical but delicious interpretations of Portuguese history, personal memories of the chef’s childhood, and of course the ever-present ocean which is literally at the dining room. Cannot beat the views (breathtaking) and service (impeccable).

10/10This restaurant was amazing! Wonderful atmosphere with a beautiful view of the ocean. Great service! Food portions perfect with incredible flavors and presentation. Some surprises along the way including 3 small additional appetizers with questions and puzzle pieces to complete a puzzle board! Very enjoyable experience!

10/10Our dining experience was easily in the top three meals we have ever enjoyed, and may be the best. Every dish was expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were balanced and unctuous. We had the 21 course tasting menu with two short breaks and left satisfied and happy. The staff is amazing; they are available, but not overbearing or pretentious. The views are incredible. It is an experience we will never forget.

A casa é Monumento Nacional desde 2011 e é uma das mais famosas obras do conceituado arquiteto Álvaro Siza Vieira, vencedor do Pritzker em 1992. Em Julho de 2014 o Chef Rui Paula, abre o restaurante Casa de Chá da Boa Nova em Leça da Palmeira distinguido com 1 Estrela Michelin em 2017, pelo Guia Michelin. A nossa carta reflete a tradição local, sem esquecer os produtos da terra, e também a ligação do imóvel ao mar, tirando partida da extraordinária qualidade do peixe e do marisco desta zona costeira de Portugal.
