The place is in city center, it convenient. The service was good, it was a little but chilly inside because we sat nearby windows-ex-doors))We ordered meat- steak and sliced, the slices were nice and soft, the the steak was a little bit tough. Also ordered rose, it was beautiful!The whole experience was nice, thanks❤️

We were quite happy with our dinner at Casa del Vin Santo and would recommend. Our server was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant has a casual but modern feel. Our pasta dishes were on par with other similar places. The Florentine steak was okay. Some bites had perfect doneness, while others were overcooked and therefore dry. Overall, the steak was a bit pricey for what you actually get, a common complaint across many restaurants from what I can tell.

We were delighted to find this small restaurant near our hotel. Thie ambiance was great with an upscale interior and calming music. The staff were pleasant and attentive. Our dinners were veal ossobuco and a roasted beef stew along with salad, roasted potatoes and chocolate mousse for dessert. A wonderful symphony of flavors and the best way to spend our last night in Firenze.

This restaurant was another delicious local find! They have an extensive menu with some great options different from some of the other local places. We went for dinner and started with the "Burrata al tartufo fresco e pomodori secchi" which was delicious. It was a burrata cheese with truffle shavings and sun dried tomatoes (goes great with their focaccia bread!). For the pasta we tried the "Cappelletti ai porcini e patate con animelle" which was a stuffed pasta similar to a tortellini and was amazingly delicious as well! For the meat we tried the "Petto di pollo alla parmigiana" which was a huge piece of chicken served with a tasty orange sauce. Lots of the other food options we saw at neighboring tables like pizzas and calzones also looked amazing. Also recommended for dessert was the "Soufflé al cioccolato e gelato vaniglia" which was a warm chocolate cake with gelato. The service was great - very friendly and accommodating and we definitely really enjoyed our experience here!

Absolutely don’t recommend! As locals for us the food was very average but the main waiter’s behaviour was way below average! Very arrogant and unprofessional! My sister ordered risotto and it was too salty she couldn’t eat it, we told one of the waiters but then the main waiter came and instead of being apologetic he said they sold 50 of them the same day and it’s very odd that the risotto is that salty!!!!! And started explaining AGAIN that it has never happened before and that it’s very strange that she found it salty! We eventually returned the dish!! In another episode with the same person (the waiter in black) I went to the cashier to pay while my family was waiting outside for me to pay, the same guy went out to them asking where i was thinking we wanted to run away without paying cause he didn’t know I was at the register to pay!!!! So freaking rude! And he did that TWICE! I will never ever return to this place and am very surprised by this high rating they got!

Buonasera.Sono il responsabile del ristorante o il ragazzo in nerò come vengo chiamato da voi.È vero d'aver detto che abbiamo venduto tanti risotti ma è anche vero che vello levato dal conto,chiesto scusa e pure se volevate un'altra cosa dal ristorante.Poi per quanto riguarda il conto mi sono sbagliato e chiedo scusa,essendo che normalmente lo portiamo al tavolo e non ho visto la signora alla cassa perche c'era molta gente.Rispetto la vostra recenssione ma gentilmente spiegate tutto non una parte solo.Grazie e se ci sarà una prossima volta staro più attento alle persone alla cassa.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent. The waiters are very polite and know their job. But unfortunately our Fiorentina steak was very chewy. I do not recommend female beef.
