9/10The quality of the food was excellent - well presented and delicious. The restaurant has only around 12 tables, and was full. The ambience was pleasant. The only thing that was not so good was the service. There was only one waiter covering all tables. He worked so hard all evening, and it was not his fault that he found it difficult to keep up. Eventually, later in the evening, he got a little help from perhaps the manager. We thought the manager could have helped more, instead of chatting. Overall, a lovely little place with food to enjoy. Just don't expect service to be quick if it's busy!

9.5/10The food was excellent. We had tapas, with a mix of hot and cold cheeses and meats, and a lovely Duoro red wine. It tok a while to get the food, but we enjoyed the wine and the good atmosphere so that was not a big problem.

10/10Very nice experience, very good food, great service, fun ambience. We really enjoyed dinner at Caso Serio. Tried new things, the sardines were excellent… great wine, and very good value for money. Will definitely go again when in Lisbon.

9.5/10Caso Sério was fantastic for us as celiac diners. They helped us explore the menu and were able to modify some of their signature dishes to meet our needs. The Alheira is definitely worth sampling. 10/10!

8/10Wonderful tapas menu with excellent quality food and friendly staff. We enjoyed our meal and conversation about green-white wine with our waiter, who also recommended some dark bars for later in the evening. Recommended place and very fair/not expensive for the quality of the dishes.

4/10Naive turists, looking for a live fado experience, get dressed up, get delivered to location, are served a few grains of codfish and bell pepper on toast as main dish and get escorted out of the venue. No fado. Walk down the street, stumble upon an unrelated venue with some fado actually going on, sit, listen for 5 minutes, the event is over, get sold a cd from the elderly singer. You keep selling "fado restaurants", it's going swell.

9/10It was so lovely except they only had one waiter on the floor! Felt very bad for him having to rush around! But he was great for what he could do. Food was sensational!

9.5/10Lovely food and amiable service. Only critique would be that it was slow at times but understandable given that one member of staff was managing the whole restaurant (10 tables). Very accommodating of my girlfriend's gluten allergy - had several alternatives (including beer - that was a first!) Ultimately a charming taverna. Highly recommend.

8/10As Americans, we wanted authentic Portuguese food. I found this place online and we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was small, a bit musty, and looked slightly dated. There was one waiter for all the tables which was approximately eight. So the service was slow and we waited quite a bit to even get a drink. We ordered several items off the menu, and they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, authentic and incredibly satisfying. It was exactly what we were looking for, and I would go again in a heartbeat, if I am ever lucky enough to return to Lisbon.

10/10The food was amazing. In Caso Serio you can try traditional portugese disches. Magic place. But the best od this place was service. The young man who served us was very friendly, professional and comunicative.
