None of the sides described in the menu as part of my dish was sent! They simply changed them without explanations or excuses. Instead of spätzle, French fries; instead of cabbage, carrots and potatoes; instead of fried mushrooms, only a sauce.... The meat was good, but not worth the price

We arrived on time and ordered. After an hour and a quarter we we asked the waiter about progress. He said he would check and did not return. Went to the reception desk and were told it was nothing to do with him. We paid for the drinks and left.

Bad service. Even worse food quality. :-( Management seems not very interested in training there people or in serving good food either. Very disappointing in general.
