El restaurante Castell de Xativa es una maravilla y repetimos en numerosas ocasiones. Vamos desde hace años porque nos encantan sus platos de cocina mediterranea auténtica con un trato familiar por parte del equipo.

Al ser un restaurante especializado en paellas esperábamos lógicamente una buena paella. Pues no, paella absolutamente pasada, arroz blando pasado hecho una plasta. La fideuá sosa sin sabor a nada. No sé si hemos tenido hoy mala suerte o que pero la experiencia ha sido decepcionante. No volveremos.

Hemos celebrado el cumpleaños y asido perfecto ???? Trinxat" Huevo frito, patata paja y gambas al ajillo. ???? Chipirones a la andaluza. ???? Bacalao con Habitas y jamón. ???? Vaporada con mejillones, berberechos y almejas. ???? Habitas ̈baby ̈con calamarcitos. ???? Paella Parellada con Gambas, Langostinos y Rape. ???? Fideua con sepia, calamar, gamba y All i oli. Personal super amble y profesional Ambiente agradable y familiar. Volveremos muy pronto

we wanted to eat a typical dish of Spain : The paella : We particularly appreciate this real speciality of the restaurant : The starters were very tasty too (chipirons and gambas). The service was professionnal and in our langage (french).

A great find. Local rice restaurant with an excellent service. They are really paying attention to the details and everything we ordered was in place in a blink of an eye. We tried "arroz caldoso" and the cod one, both excellent. Having these food within a menu of 25€ is a good bargain. We will come back very soon.
