Fantastic food, central location, very good treatment!

Some clarification for the non-Spanish speakers.
Basically this is a specialized restaurant - you won't have a choice of food, you will have to go for the cocido maragato + desert.
Cocido is a stew - meat, sausages, bacon, chickpeas, a bit of vermicelli [long slender pasta] - typically served as 2 dishes: soup with vermicelli and meat with chickpeas.
Cocido maragato is served as 3 dishes and in reversed order:
meat -> chickpeaks -> soup.
Restaurant has a very decent wine card. Be sure to accompany cocido with a good Ribera or a local red wine.
Ah...an all this for a more than reasonable price!
