Loved our dinner at Ceu in Fado! Very unexpected flavors and tastes from a small team with an open kitchen. Four of us shared 8 plates plus 2 desserts. Shrimp was the winner, as was the deep-fried banana dessert (do not skip this!). The chef brough several of the plates himself. Tempeh was the only dish I would not order again. Wish we had thought to ask for bread to soak up some of the sauces! Small, relaxed restaurant great for visiting with friends or family, or a business meal.

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff are lovely. We waited a little bit longer for our food but the staff certainly made up for this with the service and attentiveness. The food was amazing, Michelin star quality, highly recommend the prawn dish. You can tell the level of care and love they put into their dishes and their restaurant.

Veggie friendly, the tapas-style of the dishes allows to try many of them and the dishes were not only authentic (South American/Asian), but also delicious. Service staff was very attentive and friendly!

My boyfriend and I went to Céu for a date night on out last night in Faro. From the moment we walked in the door, Jen made us feel so welcome. The food was outstanding! Everything tasted so fresh, bright, and unique. Chef Sky brought out our last dish and made sure we were enjoying the meal. It is obvious after one bite how much thought has gone into crafting the amazing menu. Even though they were busy that night, Jen and Sky made an effort to have lovely conversations with us about their restaurant journey as well as our travels, which felt like such a privilege. They are a such a powerful team and their restaurant exemplifies their dedication, passion, and skill. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Stunning food and we visited on a night where the chef was off ! We had the tapas, portions were perfect, flavours well balanced and thought through, even the timings for each dish and combinations brought to the table were considered. An absolute must if you visit Faro, your palette deserves it!!!!

Unexpected and marvellous discovery that this nicely hidden restaurant away from classical touristic places, although very close to the town center. Fantastic inventiveness from Sky, associating savours and ingredients in such a way that enlightens taste buds with every mouthful. One of these unexpected and unforgettable delightful gastronomical moments that will definitely stay in our memories for a long time. Sky and his wife, assisted by a lovely team, will undoubtedly soon deserve a culinary recognition that will equal the talent pointing out through their youth. A must place to visit if you happen to stay in Faro!

We had the most wonderful wedding anniversary at the Céu. Sky and Jen are the most amazing young couple we've met in our wordwide trips so far, sharing their philosophy of life and pleasure to give through this fantastic restaurant. The dishes are incredible, creative, complex and simple at the same time, all done freshly right before your eyes. We could find some of the tastes we experienced in south american and asia really mixing together so well. Spotted this Restaurant on Trio Advisor and it did not disappoint. We went for the Chefs Recommendation option for €42. Every mouthful of the four courses was memorable and exceptional in flavour and presentation. Service was super. Great passion and energy. Well done to all involved.

From the moment we stepped into Céu Restaurant in Faro, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a fantastic dining experience. What a great restaurant!!!! From the minute we walked in Jen made as so welcome and at ease With her cheerful and friendly disposition. Louisa who served our food was extremely knowledgeable on what we were being served and gave us a breakdown of what to expect. Both the pulled pork and the carne mechada arepas were delicious. For our main we both had the Chicken Jerk which proved an amazing voice the chicken breast was cooked to perfection moist and tender and a nice crispy skin on top. The fresh green cooked al dente and the coconut rice polis the polenta baton provided a perfect accompaniment to a meal which would not go amiss in a Michelin starred restaurant. Sky is an extremely passionate and accomplished chef who will go a long way. All the best to your venture which will go from success to success. Next visit to Faro we’re in again. Highly recommended . I forgot the Chef’s dessert platter is to die for. If you have a night in Faro go to Cèu you won’t regret it

Family owned restaurant with a really different menu encompassing South American tastes and flavours. Superb service from the moment you walk in. Menu very varied and the tastes are superb. Only in Faro one night otherwise we would have been back for a second dinner!!

When you walk in, this feels a little like a cafe but it soon transforms into a fabulous restaurant with food and service that would be at home in a Michelin starred restaurant. Chef’s attention to detail is sheer talent that creates subtle flavour combinations that just work! Drinks options are limited but inspired. This gem is hidden away in an ordinary street in Faro but it is far from ordinary and highly recommended!
