Very deft cooking. Every single dish at our table was superb. Chef came over and was jolly. Slightly starched atmosphere when we arrived which would have been off-putting if we hadn’t already booked but it turned out to be a great meal. Good wine list, too.

Excellent meal on our last evening at La Flotte - very well presented food and huge attention to detail - amuse bouche and petits fours were memorable!
