Service was fantastic, the waiters were welcoming and receptive. Industrial/ chic architecture and good atmosphere. Food was also great. The chicken for 2 was a little bit too much (huge quantity), better to take it for 3 !

I’ve visited the restaurant during Christimas and I must confess that I was disappointed with the food. When I arrived some of the food wasn’t avaiable anymore and we had to order everything (starter + main course + desert) at once and that was kind of odd. The restaurant also closed earlier (by 23:30 most people already left the place). If the food was limitated, they should have put a warning so the customers would know that they should arrive earlier to have all the menu possibilites. Also, the food wasn’t anyrging special...for a notorius chef I expected more.I’ve also ordered a coffee and it came cold. Ordered a black forest cake and although it was in the menu, something elae came instead. i was really sdissapointed with the food and felt like the quality and cost-benefit wasn’t worth. However, the service and the ambience was really good

The experience was really ruined by our waiter who did not speak neither French or English well. The most important thing: I CAN’T EAT MILK PRODUCTS BECAUSE I’M BREASTFEEDING AND MY BABY IS ALLERGIC TO IT, AND HE MADE ME BELIEVE WHAT I ORDERED WAS BUTTER-FREE WHEN IT WASN’T. Breast milk down the drain. We clarified it with him multiple times and he assured us that there was no butter or milk in the food. It was only after we finished eating that the front of the house told us that there actually was. I didn’t even like the food and only ate it because I thought it fit my dietary restrictions. A really horrible experience, I don’t know why they allow waiters who can’t communicate well to serve customers. We used both languages and nothing worked, so its not even a language barrier. Other issues: It took 15 mins for our order to be taken, and that was only because we called the attention of the barman (other waiters « did not see » our raised hands) An intern (whom we called after we couldn’t communicate with above mentioned waiter) said she would call the chef to clarify our order, but the chef never came. The food was okay, if a bit overpriced.

Despite being the first to arrive for lunch on a quiet day, service was so slow our meal took more than 3 hours. The cheese souffle was good, the very chewy steak and dry chocolate souffle that followed were a huge disappointment and, frankly, unforgiveable at these prices. We won't be returning.

The signboard changing its message was too noisy. The portions were large but, it’s a shame the festival menu presented zero choices. The majority of our group does not like Savarin with rum, yet it was our only option. We switched out for one scoop of ice cream each.

I had high expectations for Alain Ducasse's bistro but was disappointed. Everything was just ok....nothing sparkled, nothing was special. I can't recommend anyone making the visit

A little pricey and the servers weren't great. The food was good, location is amazing, and interior decorating is awesome.
