Incredible views! This restaurant is inside Lisbon’s Circus school - the atmosphere is a bit magical and quirky all over. The staff was friendly, the views were lovely and the typical Portuguese food was tasty. I took my girlfriend here and she absolutely loved it!

Arrived just before reservation, told they were not open yet, despite locals enjoying a drink inside. We were given the table with a great view, but disappointing that it was ‘behind bars’ accepting the restaurant can’t do anything about that. Menu was very limited, and food was at beat ok. Odd choices of accompaniments , for example sweet potato and boiled egg with grilled octopus. Cocktails were good to be fair, but decor was very dated and felt a bit grubby. Service was ok despite the wait because they were closed before opening (despite clearly being open to locals) and forgetting a drink order and needing to be asked twice. Difficult to recommend, the view was good, but only a limited number of tables with a good view. Each of them have iron bars in front of the view and the food was certainly not as good as you would get elsewhere for the money. Wish I could give it a better rating, but perhaps give this one a miss - sorry!

Food was great, especially the seared tuna. Could have done with a wider selection of sides as portions modest. Friendly staff and nice, relaxed, atmosphere. Go if you want a nice chilled out eat, not something extravagant.

The terrace is nice. But we wanted to eat in the panoramic restaurant which was closed. Very limited menu and not the gastronomic experience we were expecting. But we will be back

Really nice place. Was my husband's first time in Lisbon and he is already in love with this restaurant. Good service and amazing food. The Cod carpaccio is to die for!

First, the food was wonderful. I had the avocado and greens salad with shrimp, and the grilled squid with sweet potatoes. Both dishes were served with high quality ingredients, prepared and presented well, and at the right temperature. The 2014 white wine was delicious and a very good value for the price. The service was attentive and friendly; and English speaking if necessary. The views over the city rooftops and river are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place if you are anywhere near it---and even if you are not near!

Great restaurant. High on the hill by the castle. Take a taxi here. Quite bohemian inside rather than mega smart. Food delicious. Staff lovely.

The entrance through the shop and the casual dining restaurant was a bit underwhelming but once you’ve negotiated the spiral staircase to the upper floor the panoramic view over Lisbon is wonderful. Suggest rebooking in order to get a table by the window. We had to wait a few minutes for our drinks order to be taken and had to ask for the food menu, so I’d say the service could be improved, but the food was delicious- well presented, freshly cooked & served promptly. Highly recommend the chocolate &caramel circus pud. Would go back for food & atmosphere.

The food and service were excellent. Access to the restaurant from the street was a bit confusing but once we got there the space was lovely. I would recommend it.

I had such a wonderful evening. The meal was amazingly tasty (sea bass, oh my god) but the service was perfect too. I was eating alone but felt like the whole team was sharing the meal

Food was fresh, delicious and unique to Portugal. The chef even brought out complimentary codfish bites with our starter. The view is unbeatable, a panoramic view of Lisbon while eating perched on a hill with romantic lighting. Our host and waiters were all extremely hospitable and welcoming. There is a line for the terrace dining when you show up, so if you have a reservation for the panoramic dinner, proceed down the stairs past the terrace wait and then into the restaurant; we saw a sign for this, but still had trouble locating the restaurant, everyone is friendly though so just ask!

I emailed to reserve a table for the 1st night of our holiday, Lucas was so friendly and made sure we were allocated a table with a view even though they were busy as it was Valentines Day. Great service, chilled atmosphere we were not rushed at all and the food was amazing! Thank you. We have already recommended to friends and also let them know about the nearby elevator :) Natalie, England

An absolutely amazing place. Very cozy atmosphere inside, great service and food and on top of that the most breathtaking views of Lisbon. Prices are absolutely reasonable which makes this a place for almost every budget. However, it is super popular so don’t forget to make a reservation!
