9.5/10Charleston was a great restaurant. The food was fantastic. My wife and I ended up receiving some welcome surprise courses during dinner! The seafood appetizer was one of the best I have ever eaten.

5/10We visited Charleston in June 2020 and were blown away by the food and service, despite the COVID restrictions at the time. We visited again early August 2022 and were saddened that they quality of the food drastically decreased, while the service (and the prices !) remain high. We had a 6 course meal, and each course was subpar. The first few courses consisted of sliced tomatoes, a slice of eggplant with an anchovy sauce, and a slice of lettuce with strawberry sauce. We opted for the wine pairing as well which was not special. The meal overall was fine but extremely disappointing for a 300+ euro meal for 2 people. We will not return to this restaurant the next time we visit Sicily, and will no longer recommend to visiting friends and family.

2/10Even we had a reservation confirmed by the app when we arrived at the restaurant they did not welcome us ! Saying they did not got any booking request from the Fork (made on internet) . So after de-routing to go to eat specific to Charleston we ended up looking for another restaurant where to eat. Very disspaonted and rude ! Never again there !

Desideriamo precisare che per un problema tecnico, dovuto a un disservizio della linea internet, non siamo riusciti a vedere in tempo la sua prenotazione effettuata attraverso The Fork e di questo ci scusiamo. Tuttavia, teniamo a precisare che, pur avendo tutti i tavoli occupati al momento del suo arrivo, le avevamo chiesto di attendere che se ne liberasse qualcuno. Siamo spiacenti dell'accaduto e siamo disponibili ad ospitarla presso il nostro ristorante quando vorrà, per dimostrarle non solo la nostra buona fede ma anche l'attenzione nei confronti dei nostri clienti, La Direzione
