The Charlie & the Chocolate Factory themed afternoon is a must for visitors to London. I took my family from Holland and they loved it. From the moment you walk through the door the magic starts. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff you are treated like a celebrity. The theme is portrayed through the food and the story told by the waiters. It leaves your taste buds tingling. Truly amazing experience.

This experience was AmAzing! From the presentation to the service to the food.. we loved it all!!! My daughters and I have some allergies ( we all have dairy and one has dairy and gluten) and they accommodated ALL of it . And the food didn’t taste like it was missing anything . It was worth every penny and every ounce of craziness that my daughters had steer from the sugar

We had a great experience at Willy Wonka today; a warm welcome, delicious food, magical drinks - it truly felt like the story. Our waiter Felix enchanted us with his stories and we were really pampered by him. If you’re in London and looking for an extraordinary mouthwatering adventure, then pay Willy Wonka a visit.

It was a great experience and although the food is very much themed there is not much else embracing the chocolate factory experience. The food was exceptional and replenished without asking and our group didn't leave anything. The service was good however we were there during a change over of staff and our second waiter was not as friendly as the first guy. Although we all enjoyed ourselves it is over priced even for London.

There is very little to do with Charlie and the chocolate factory at all. We were SO disappointed as we were expecting a spectacular experience based on one of our favourite books but other than the reception area the space is nothing to do with the story. The food other than the odd name drop from the book was uninspired. They could do so much with this and have completely wasted the opportunity. The veggie desert section was awful and we found the whole event so disappointing we spoke to the manager. Would definitely not recommend and not worth the price.

We went for my granddaughter’s birthday who was 12, excellent service from when we arrived until we ordered, our waiter was Felix and was so nice, made time for my granddaughter and her friends and our smaller grandson, explained what was happening and what it was when it arrived at the table, would recommend to anyone looking for a different afternoon tea. Once again thank you Felix you made the afternoon special

Our waiter was Pio. He was extremely gracious and very attentive. We couldn't have had better experience. They were kind enough to ask our family's favorites and then brought us more of those. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and kind. We were all so full at the end. And of course the sweets were incredible

Our waiter (middle age, Asian man) was amazing. He was super friendly, went out of the way for us and even gave us some tea leaves to take home from our favourite flavour. Really went above and beyond so deserves massive recognition!

We really enjoyed our visit our food was beautifully presented and the staff were very attentive, however I did think that a service charge of £22.00 was excessive
