The first course was excellent would order the same again. Tacos were very nice prawn ones excellent chicken a bit too much crispness and not enough chicken. Cocktails excellent and so was the service friendly and prompt. Desert delicious. Would love to go again and try some of other appealing dishes.

2nd time here, great service and menu has changed slightly. Highlights are the cocktails and the tacos. Thought some of the chicken dishes were heavy. Nevertheless great night out with friends.

Food portions were small, very overpriced for what it was. $16 for 1 cob of shrivelled corn, $27 for 3 tacos. If the food was incredible it might be worth it but the brisket was fatty and dry. The drinks were of a decent quality and the service was good however I won’t be back.

Amazing food! Highly recommended! Music and people chatter a little loud. Pricing on the higher end. The food and margaritas well worth it though!

Love this restaurant - had told friends about it for ages and coaxed them out to the area for it . Was a bit sad to have been seated outside in the heat on the street away from the restaurant ambiance. We were the furthest table away that was far too small for the amount of people and share like food menu. But because we weren’t in eye view our serviced lacked to the point one of our attendees had to go in side to order extra things. When served by the waitresses and waiters they were all very friendly and kind. The food was exceptional. Still a great night but I hope the next time we visit we’ll get a luxe seating inside amongst the vibe and can enjoy it more out of the elements and away from the street.

A great little funky Mex restaurant and bar in Penrith. Excellent service and fabulous Margies to go with their super fresh mexican flavours.....will be back for sure!!!

The restaurant was amazing! Great atmosphere, lovely staff. Food came out quickly and there was next to no wait for drinks. Couldn’t be happier with my experience, we’ll certainly be back!

Little expensive but great food and staff. A real gem for western Sydney. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable with plenty of variety in the food.

Great little place with a perfect range of dishes on the menu. Each dish we had was well seasoned and paired with the right flavours. The coconut dessert dish was a pleasant surprise too! Highly recommend to others!

We visited Checho's yesterday for the first time and we loved it. The food was amazing and so tasty. We enjoyed everything we tried . The staff were also so warm , friendly and caring and it was nice watching them interact with each other having fun too. Nothing but good vibes and amazing food here. The cocktails were also awesome.
