    The owners, chef and staff here are delightful and so accommodating. My husband is vegetarian and the chef went out of his way to make him a vegetarian paella even though it was not on the menu. He raved about how good it was. I had the most unusual and delicious dish of cod with and omelette and sting French fries in a very composed dish. Our waitress recommended it and I’d love to have it again. We also had the grilled vegetables with romesco sauce as our starter. Perfectly charred. Nice glass of Spanish white wine to pair with a delicious meal.

    Havia vingut a dinar aquí 5 o 6 vegades i sempre havia anat bé quan hi havia el Cabrer (o amo del local). Ara aquell home ni hi és i he experimentat un petit desastre amb el dinar. Han portat l'aigua oberta a taula i calenta. He demanat filet de vedella al punt i han portat una mena de filet de porc passadissim i ple de salsa de pebre. Tot plegat, si torno serà per tastar un dels bacallans però res mes. Una pena perquè era un restaurant que pagava la pena.

    Fantástica cocina! La salsa marinera de los mejillones estaba buenísima. Probamos dos tipos de bacalao y muy ricos también. El trato excelente. Un sitio muy recomendable si vas a Calella

    Ens ha agradat molt. Aliments de bona qualitat, ben cuinats i la presentació dels plats et feia agradable menjar-t’ho. El tracte ha sigut proper i cordial desitjant-nos que gaudissim del menjar. Hem volgut compartir els plats x tastar-los i ens han portat plats buits x poder repartir-ho. Estaria bé q algun cambrer parléd una mica català

    Muy buena atención y servicio. A pesar de que tenían el comedor lleno, Marco, el camarero, nos atendió perfectamente, y eso que sólo estaba él y la dueña en el comedor para atender a todas las mesas. Pedimos la Salada de Queijo Manchego com Marmelada e Nozes: muy buena, con su membrillo endulzando y acompañando el queso. El Bacalhau com Natas buenísimo. Y el Bacalhau à Brás también muy bueno. La guinda fue el postre: el Bolo de Bolacha Caseiro, bue-ní-si-mo. Tudo bom !! Repetiremos, fijo.

    We were advised by the person we rent the apartment from to go here. The waitress was very quiet. Said almost nothing, just served the plates. My wife grilled Cod (19,50 Euro) was burnt to the level that the taste of the burnt outside tainted the whole piece of fish. The side of spinach was saltier than the olives. Our daughter's grilled octupus (22,50 Euro) had the same treatment. Burnt. My breaded Cod was okay, allbeit extremely salty. The portugese white wine was fine. Slightly fizzy, light and easy drinking. When we explained to the owner that my wife's fish was burnt, he only stated that's what happens on the grill..... I've travelled most of the world for work / pleasure and have eaten in many different restaurants. Have had my food served burnt before, almost raw in one case, extremely salty, etecetera .... but what differentiates a good owner / head waiter, is they take the food with them and check if the food is really burnt / too salty / raw and come back to explain or apologize. This owner seemed offended that we could even give some critique. I do hope he's passed it on to the cook(s) to avoid it happening in the future. We will not revisit this restaurant for sure, but hope others have a better experience. All in all, I would advise that if you wish to eat here, take the tapas. Maybe that is decent .....
