6/10The menue published on Internet is not accurate any more. It has changed and some if iur favourite items are no more. Disappointing! Service quality has gone from superb to very clumsy snd unprofessional. Apparently the crew has changed. Not the same any more!

8/10Eating a meal, expensive as well, in the middle of a hotel, with people ordering drinks in plastic cups... Ain't the ambience you want. Inside dining was available but that looked even worse. Sorry the food was nice and if in a top class restaurant it would be acceptable but no, just no.

8.5/10The waiters are very bad english (the one who served us). Make sure that you get the food which you ordered. They brought me a different food, not the one which I ordered, although I showed in the menu what I wanted. In the end, they took out the wrong food from my receipt, but they made me feel bad and said that that's my fault and I should recheck. Waiters do not recheck order, if they understand right. But overall coctails, food, and dessert were delicious (the one which we ordered).

10/10The restaurant is inside the Vanilla Garden hotel, descend the stairs till you reach the pool. Most of the space is taken by the buffet for the hotel guests, also open to the general public for 19.50€. In the back a small “classy space” for the restaurant proper. All the dishes we had were very well prepared and presented, we also liked the wine and desserts. Let me mention dorada carpaccio with truffles, raviolis, baked cod, scallops. Overall a very nice experience.

5.5/10Orderd medium rare, got welldone . No ambiance at all. Small portions Only one table a la carte, our table. No different tables hotel buffet and a la cart .

9.5/10Despite the unusual setting the service and food is excellent. It is well worth the walk through the long white corridors to get to the restaurant. We have visited Tenerife twice already this year and been to Chez Damien twice on each holiday!…it’s that good!

9/10Visited the place on Monday evening. Were the only visitors there, then 2 more couples added. The service was ok, the only waitress on duty was hospitable and polite. Food recommendations were accurate, the food itself was delicious. The menu is partly not up to date at fork page, but most positions were available.

9.5/10Amazing French food quality. Great variety of choice whatever for starters or main dishes with typical French food (Frog legs or duck liver). For the same standing in France, prices would have been at least two times higher. Chef took the time to sent a personal message to apologize for the lack of place available on NYE (booking on short notice). Rebooking done the day after. Best restaurant's address, by far, tested during our week's holidays.

10/10That was really the good surprise of the day! I was looking for a restaurant in the area and asked advice to The Fork web site. The French name Chez Damien inspired me because the French cuisine is the best or one of the best in the world. Thanks my GPS I found the restaurant which is hidden below an hotel called Vanilla Garden The waiters were very nice and helpful and the food "à la carte" was really good and beautifully arranged on the plates. On top of that we could enjoy nice music played and singed by a good musician Thank you to The Fork for this nice suggestion
