Waitress calm, charming and genuinely engaging without any intrusion
Everything about this place hit the right spot. While the menu was relatively small, the quality, portion sizes, wine matching, service, and atmosphere were superb. Cozy with tables close to one another but still quiet enough to enjoy conversation with spouse. Attentive, pleasant staff who seemed genuinely excited about their restaurant. I had octopus starter then truffle ravioli and spouse had beef Wellington. We shared a chocolate covered chestnut cake and only a few morsels could be found on any plate. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself and your significant other to a very satisfying dining experience.
My family and friends always eat at Chez Delfine at least once when we are in Paris. An excellent neighborhood restaurant in EVERY respect?
The atmosphere is really good. They seems to have lost my bookings through the fork but we could have a table anyway. The service is nice and friendly. The quality of food is good but it seems too much volume for ladies.
I'm so glad I found this gem to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect from the atmosphere, service and food. Beef Wellington was superb! My compliments to the chef. Would highly recommend! Plus it didn't cost a fortune!
This little restaurant was a great find. We loved the atmosphere, the music, the interior and of course the food. The were very friendly, also to my 9 year old daughter - she even tried things she wouldn’t usually. All in all: superb!
My daughter and I absolutely loved our meal at Chez Delphine! I would highly recommend it to anyone, but be sure to make reservations because the space is small and fills up quickly. It was the perfect first meal for our ‘girls’ trip! Fantastic
This is such a gem! So grateful we found this cute neighborhood restaurant... Service was friendly and well balanced. Our dishes were tasty, attention to details made them memorable! Excellent bread, nice wine selection and Beautiful plates. The new ownership (same owner than bistro rougemont) stepped up the menu and overall atmosphere. It was our first time here but it already feels like our second Parisian home... We are coming back!
Was so looking forward to eating here but left quite disappointed. Arrived with a very warm welcome seated although it was quite cramped but we was lucky to have the space free until non reservations arrived. Menus given and it was disappointing to see crossed out prices with increased costs against certain choices. We enquired what the presser rabbit was which sounded lovely on description but when it arrived it looked very unappealing. Then I found a bone which put me right off. Mains arrived which were lovely but too much and I left half of my dinner. The wine was picked for us which was a nice. The wine was very good but once the bill arrived this came as the shock. €47:00 for the white wine and €36.00 for the red at no point was the price explained, hence why we left disappointed. The white wine cost more than my two courses. Would we recommend sadly no.
Lovely staff, tasty food, only criticism is that the bottles of wine were too pricey for us to want to buy.
Loved it! Asparagus was amazing- fish ravioli fantastic and dessert Devine! All my companions also loved their meal!
Some dishes were good but one was almost inedible (seafood ravioli). Given the rave reviews, we were really disappointed and surprised.
We loved the food. Good value from a short menu. Especially loved the beef in pastry and terrific classic desserts. Great service, quick and welcoming. We were after a typically French experience and Chez Delphine definitely ticked all the boxes.
Delicious, warm service and expertly prepared dishes. A special night out
Fabulous restaurant. Delicious food. Very French ! Loved it.
Exceeded expectations with excellent service and very delicious food!
Lovely French food in pleasant Parisienne surroundings. Shared a squid starter which was delicious. I had Hake main other half had langoustine risotto. Both were excellent. Shared isle flottante dessert which was also lovely. Only Criticism was it was uncomfortably warm next to radiator and electric heater.
Nice Valentine’s Day dinner!
