Beautiful decor, delicious food. Desserts are out of this world and they serve chocolate truffles with coffee at the end!
Very nice restaurant. Had the pumpkin soup which was excellent and Filet de boeuf. For dessert a delicious chocolate cake with creme brûlée topping and a chocolate sorbet. Excellent service. We will be back.
Innovative food and very reasonably priced . The starter of St Marcelin cheese with potato and apple was to die for. Steak and Quail cooked to perfection. The pain perdue and Crème Brulee were the best we've ever tasted. Our new favourite restaurant in Paris
There was some confusion on the number of persons in the reservation but the hostess took care of us very well and accomodated us. Very happy.
Such a delightful dinner! We return every year to this restaurant and every time we are so pleasantly surprised! We can't wait for the next time! Wish them to keep going that way and continue to surprise us with the inventivity and taste of the real french cuisine.
What a perfect!
Fantastic food and lovely friendly service.
Chez Gabrielle was recommended by a friend who otherwise spends huge sums on Michelin 3 stars. He was right about this restaurant being really good. The food was terrific and was presented very nicely. Highly recommended!
Delicious food, lovely ambience, terrific service!
A fabulous meal for our final dinner in Paris this trip. The staff is always wonderful. We can't wait to return here the next we're in Paris.
Small and intimate restaurant, very nicely decorated. Server was excellent, pleasant, and very knowledgeable, very nice wine list, and good choice of starters, entrees and desserts. Artichoke soup was outstanding, great flavor. Scallops which are a specialty of the house, are well worth trying, very flavorful and unique. The potatoes that come with the steak (nice sauce on the steak) are very nice and hard to stop eating. And then there is the chocolate dessert! If you are a chocoholic, don't miss this dessert. Owner was interactive with the diners and obviously enjoys and is proud of her restaurant. Highly recommend.
Wonderful food and service! I thoroughly enjoyed the St Jacques (scallops) with their mushrooms in an amazing sauce, as did my husband their guinea hen with cepes ( mushrooms). We had the tout chocolat dessert , sparkling water, and a lovely red wine from the Pessac-Léognan region of Bordeaux.
Excellent restaurant! Very good service and nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend it! I had the fish tartar, the saint Jacques and the millefeuille.
Dinner was delicious as always! Service was also excellent. It’s the perfect place for an intimate dinner.
Chez Gabrielle is one of our very favorite restaurants in Paris. We have dinner there several times during our visits to Paris.
Great restaurant. I have been there many times and it is always a great meal.
Chez Gabrielle is a little gem in our neighborhood. There are super-star items on the menu, such as the seared fois gras, the scallops and the extraordinarily creative licorice millefeuille. The wine list is interesting and well priced. The waitstaff is efficient and attentive. Nathalie, Chez Gabrielle’s owner with her chef husband, runs the front of the house with grace and is a delight. Truly one of our favorites!
The Restaurant is at a vert good location, and the food was delicious. There is a romantic atmosphere, it was very cozy. On the downside, our place was very small for 4 persons, I could hardly fit myself to the corner of the room despite of my light weight. We asked the steaks and filet medium rare but it was rare. We also asked for the price deducted menu offered on fork but it was somehow not available as we didn’t book in advance - which was not possible through thefork. Overall, it has a very good chef, with excellently tasting food, I would go again to repeat, and maybe give another chance to service.
This unassuming, intimidate restaurant was the 1st dinner we had once getting in to Paris. The front staff was warm attentive. I strongly recommend booking a reservation, as the number of tables is limited. The Foie Grois was possibly the most delicious I’ve ever had. We also ordered the snails which was prepared differently than I’ve had in French restaurants in the US and highly encourage you to get that as you will not be disappointed. Out of all of the dining establishments we enjoyed (all of them good) this was the one we’d return to!
