Nicky van de Beuken is the promising chef of Chez l'Hetre. At a young age he won the Glass Calf, for his excellent preparation of veal. He is inspired by the French international cuisine, but eventually the menu is determined by the highlights of the season. The hospitable staff makes sure that you have a very nice evening here.
