Amazing place if you like live jazz and want to meet a great team of people who make it fun to be there. The food is good, not great, but that’s not why you go. I had a fresh apple/goat cheese salad and the beef filet with some nice wine and was very happy. The vibe is amazing with family & friends working to bring you the best hospitality in a jazzy environment. It’s a plus that the music is amazing but not too loud so you can still have a conversation and hear your table mates. But who wants to hear them with all the great live music playing?

Fabulous evening! From the moment we arrived we had a warm welcoming-great table and the music was delightful yet not too loud so you could still talk and hear one another. Great owner, great service and yummy food! Thank you Chez papa

Wonderful ambiance - lovely jazz duo that played from 8:30pm into the night. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. We enjoyed escargot, warm goat cheese & apple salad, 2 veal dishes, and the most perfectly prepared duck I’ve ever tasted. Crème brûlée and sorbet were perfect to finish the meal. A superb dining experience all around.

Chez Papa Jazz Club was absolutely exquisite. The ambiance was enchanting, the entertainment was nostalgic, the food was terrific, the servers were attentive, but the host specifically made me feel very welcomed. I highly recommend to spend an evening at Chez Papa Jazz Club.

This was such an amazing party of our trip to Paris. The food was great. I had the filet of beef, scalloped potatoes and my son had the king prawns. We shared some escargot and a bottle of wine to start. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service at Chez Papa was fabulous and the club has such a wonderful atmosphere. The singer and pianist played some classics and sounded beautiful.

The waiters are really attentive and friendly. The food was really good and didnt take long to arrive. We had the foie gras / duck and veal steaks and they were cooked exactly as requested. The ambiance is amazing.. the best jazz music i enjoyed in Paris.

The escargot were very dried, not enough butter. The beef was over cooked. We were rushed to order our food, we ordered a bottle of wine appetizers in the first 10 minutes of arriving and needed some time to read the menu for our mains. The waitress came 3 times asking for our main dish order within 30 minutes of arriving. We arrived at 7:30pm and the music starts at 8:30pm (we didn’t know when booking) I guess they wanted to rush us out. The group was not good at all. I will never go back

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience! The staff was really helpful and friendly. Even though they did not speak English in full - they went the extra mile to explain everything in English). We also arrived earlier than the official opening and yet they accommodated us inside instead of making us wait in the cold of December. Therefore, higher score for the staff. Also higher score for the atmosphere: a nice cozy layout with a warm feeling and indirect lights and candles. The jazz repertoire is also very pleasant to the whole experience. Finally, the food was also above my expectations…my steak was beautifully cooked and tasty, which made them get my full score as well. Definitely worth the visit!

We booked Chez Papa as we wanted a great Jazz bar to start our weekend in Paris and WOW it was absolutely amazing! The Jazz band were incredible, the food, Champagne and wine superb and the service excellent - it really was the perfect night! We could not fault this venue. I think it is safe to say its one of our best nights ever. It was hard to find places that lived up to Chez Papa! If you have the chance to go when in Paris, this is certainly the place to visit...take it all in and just Enjoy!
