Excellent. Good food and service in a nice setting.
Great food, authentic local cuisine, and you can tell that they have been doing this extremely well for a long time. The mirabelles desert and the creme brulée of foie gras(entrée) were amazing!! We would go again and recommend to all friends!
Very nice restaurant with a quaint atmosphere. Food very well presented using very local recipes
Excellente table! Je recommande
Very good restaurant, good service and wonderful alsatian food.
Very nice and cozy restaurant with a friendly staff. The food was great as well.
Great spot and tasty Alsacien food. Servers were very nice to my parents who do not speak French. Lovely evening!
Churning through the tourists because it is in every guide book. Perch turned out to be 24 EUros for fish and chips. Great setting, but a sauna, and it's a treadmill.
Incredible rude old woman who critises and makes fun of customers behind their back but also in their face. The food is absolutely fantastic but the service made the whole experience terrible.
Correct, sans plus
Food was ok.Atmosphere and service were nice.Desserts pricey and nothing special.
Excellent restaurant. Je reviendrai sans hésitation !.
Traditional Alsace food but not too basic. I’m gluten free and staff were very helpful (unlike many French restaurants!)
Welcome - if that is what it was - inadequate : we had reserved, gave our name & were kept waiting while " mon collègue " will see to you. A thin young man rushed past us - " I'm coming... " - once he returned he asked again whether we had reserved & we were finally conducted upstairs. As I don't hear that well I had asked for a quiet table - this was the childrens' room & it was noisy. The coq au riesling with spaetzle arrived half-cold - sent it back to be warmed up. Yvonne should sharpen up her act : there is no longer anything remarkable about this desultory institution.
Local guest not tourists gathering here. That guarantees quality.
Un Restaurant qui ne faillit pas à son image de Restaurant "institution" à Strasbourg. Décor, service, qualité et recherche des plats, enfin un restaurant qui ne rime pas avec "cantine" Merci à vous
Really worth a visit. Good locally influenced dishes along with the general standards one would expect to see in a traditional Alsacian. Tine narrow street, old, old building and completely authentic wood inside. Staff helpful and friendly along with efficient. It was pretty full, so recommend booking.
