The waitress who was serving us was very rude. It also took ages for us to order food. The restaurant was so noisy because of blender in the bar which was in the middle of the restaurant. There were continous noise of plates' clashing as waitresses are sorting out used plates. It was so difficult to hear each other because of all the noise. We decided to go somewhere else for a coffee. We don't want to go there again.

Hello, first of all, we are sorry for your bad experience with us. But already when you came and you were not sure about your reservation, you made the reservation in front of me at 1:15 p.m. and you came at 1 p.m., there was a table ready, but you do not want it, we absolutely need a new table without setting up for you. The service at noon was very busy. I think it is understandable that the waitress does not have much time to take care of your table. And for the solid and airy noise, we are sorry that we cannot prohibit people who speak less loudly for you. In any case, we are really sorry.

The food was excellent and nicely presented. However, there was only one waitress on duty who spent a lot of time making coffee and drinks for the other guests. So, it took ages to settle our bill. They need more than one waitress at lunchtime.

Madam, Hello, Sorry for your bad experience with the service, but if I understood correctly that you did not order coffee, and the waitress was not alone. You have a waitress who takes the order, a robot who brings the dishes, another waitress who clears the dishes. The dishes on your table are not late, and for the bill, the waitress brought it but you asked for the tax-free formula at the end, and we are really sorry because of the system, we had to redo your bill, that's why it took time. Despite all that, the waitress remained smiling. But in any case, we are sincerely sorry.

We ordered food for 6 people at 19:15 pm, it came out at 21:20 and was cold. the reason we stayed so long is that we were all actually laughing and making bets on who would be correct, guessing at what time the food arrived!

Very nice Asian restaurant, tasty food and generous portions. Friendly staff with our kids, relaxed atmosphere and modern design. It was funny to be served by a robot. Great value for money with the 50% discount.

We're delighted to have discovered a wonderful Chinese restaurant in Geneva. The food was fresh and delicious, and the portions were more than enough. The aubergine was particularly outstanding—well-cooked and perfectly soaked in sauce. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Although we didn't mention it was my pre-birthday dinner, they noticed my birthday card and even played a birthday song with the serving robot, which made for a very special and memorable evening. Thank you so much for the great experience; I’ll definitely be returning to this restaurant.
