The staff wasn’t ready to deal with a full restaurant resulting in several missing orders. Waiting time more than an hour, cold miso soup and not very well prepared sushi. Tempura shrimps was still frozen. And as a personal view I like traditional Japanese style. I didn’t enjoy coriander and chili in my miso soup and chili aioli all over the place
