10/10The ambiance was amazing with a beautiful Picasso and Cicero theme. Our waitress was knowledgeable, attentive and so kind throughout every course. The food was incredible - very unique and fresh plates. We especially enjoyed the specialty celebration plate, the scallop appetizer, and every dessert was wonderful. If you are looking for an authentic and intimate Portuguese dining experience, this is a great choice!

9.5/10The food was very tasty, the service is impeccable! Definitely want to try the rest of the items on the menu. We had the duck, the salad, the chocolate mouse and the passion fruit crème brûlée. I would recommend each one. The price is definitely steep, and while the food is good, some dishes are a little beyond what I found reasonable, that’s the only downside however.

10/10A little gem of a restaurant. Set up like s mini art gallery in honour of their namesake Cicero really gives it a special feel. We had a lovely table by a window. We were the first diners but the place soon started to fill up. The menu is creative with unusual combination of ingredients such as strawberries and salmon - it all worked beautifully. All in all a memorable meal with great service in a quirky yet cosy setting.

10/10Everything about our evening at Cicero Bistrot was special. We were welcomed and taken to a room with exquisite contemporary art and a great backstory. We were served delicious food from the strawberry gazpacho amuse bouche to the coconut cream complimentary dessert. The White Azorean wine was unusual and irresistible. The fish eaters loved their choices and I was delighted by the flavors and textures of the vegetarian stew. And the price was right. This was a place that made you feel that all was right with the world!

10/10I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The food is amazing, but the service is definitely the best part. Everyone was extremely friendly. The restaurant itself is so beautiful. We were very impressed! It’s almost an art gallery. Beautiful!

10/10I booked this restaurant for some of my colleagues for a client dinner, they were so accommodating, and the feedback was amazing. The restaurant hosted our small group in the Origins Room which made for the perfect setting. The feedback on the food was wonderful, with a special mention for the dessert (and the Port). All in all a lovely experience.

8/10Lovely concept of private art collection and design of cozy restaurant. However, the food was overly salted and fairly bland for an expensive meal. The best aspect of the menu was the dessert. The experience was beautiful and service outstanding but the food fell short of expectations. Saltiest food we have had yet (we ordered three separate dishes) in Lisbon and we have tried well over 10 restaurants.

Thank you very much for your visit. It was very nice that you liked our service and atmosphere. About the salt, it is the first time that we have had this complaint. However, if we had been warned about your personal taste, we would gladly make the dish with less salt than usual for you. We do everything to accommodate our client´s tastes within reason, and salt is easy.

9.5/10Attentive service and helpful explanations of the menu / their ‘specials’ and the wines. The fish and the meat dishes across our group of 8 were prepared very well, and my steak was tender and tasty! A little bit off the beaten track but only a 15-20 minute walk to livelier areas afterwards which wasn’t a bad thing after eating quite a bit. Fine upstairs as this was nicer and a small drains issues needed sorting downstairs at the back, but not noticeable where we were upstairs so it didn’t impact our meal. Overall I’d strongly recommend, especially with the Fork 30% off the a la carte.

10/10I was in Portugal with my husband and we went to dinner at Cicero Bistro and had a wonderful night. It is without a doubt a restaurant that goes far beyond the gastronomic experience. The menu has delicious dishes, the atmosphere is super charming, the service is very attentive, we received great tips and suggestions that we were very pleased with. As if that weren't enough, the place has a collection of works by the Pernambuco painter Cícero Dias, after whom the house is named, and other works by contemporary artists who add culture and art of the highest quality.

Named after and inspired by a Brazilian modernist painter who moved to France and then to Lisbon, this restaurant presents a menu combining the flavors and products of France, Brazil, and Portugal. The fish comes from the Portuguese coast, while the dark chocolate is imported from the Amazon forest in Brazil.
