Truly lives up to its Michelin stars. It's one of the best places in Amsterdam for a great dinner, amazing service and beautiful view of the city. The caviar is one of the specials of the place - make sure you try it out whilst there.
There was so much of good stuff here - it's difficult to break it down. All I can say is that we spent 5 hours for our dinner and it was special in every which way - food, service, ambiance and view.

We ate here for my birthday dinner and had a very special evening. The view was superb, the food was sublime, and the service was so perfect I gave them 1 less than 10 because of pretension only. They served with gloves and coordinated the service so they delivered the food simultaneously - a bit over the top in my opinion. But the service was very amiable and not at all condescending themselves, so that was ok. We laughed together about the coordinated delivery. I was pleased with the sommelier - he was a young fellow and knew his wines. Dinner for 4 was 1200 euros so be prepared!!

The ideal place to dine on a summer evening to relish the view of the sunset and the rest of Amsterdam. The restaurant itself is quite roomy and impressive in its ambiance though a bit business like with an abundance of matured diners. We opted for a four course menu which in the end was the equivalent of eight courses as amuses were served before every course. Each dish prepared to perfection. The main course of fowl complimented with lobster was simply scrumptous. The wines were also fantastic. A bit pricey but nevertheless worth every euro and all in all a thoroughly wonderful dining experience.
