10/10Our server was very patient and knew exactly the right pace at which to bring drinks, food and the check. The mushroom truffle risotto was next level delicious, as was the roast chicken. Very tender!

7.5/10Hi, The service, presentation and ambiance was perfect - would happily go again for that. However, the food was disappointing unfortunately. Whilst my partner's vegan risotto was genuinely lovely, my chicken was rather dry and desperately needed perhaps some seasoning or additional flavoring. The side of chips we ordered was "ok" in that they were average and so were the carrots. I think given the location and price of the meal (approximately £250.00, the food should really have had more wow factor and a lot more impressive. The taste, smells and textures should also have been unforgettable, however that's not how we felt at the end of the meal. I think given the location and the brand, the food needs to be a lot better. 7/10It was perfectly ok really, if you like ham hock terrine and grilled brill it was fine. And I do like them well enough, I guess I was just hoping for something more. And another £18 for two vegetables (mashed potatoes and carrots) does see expensive. Not really as special as you expect Claridges to be; not as good as The Connaught, The Savoy, The Berkeley, or Raffles. Or maybe I was having an off day. But I don’t think so. Slightly odd you don’t get an amuse bouche - or a bread roll even - to keep you going while you’re waiting too.
