I have been to a lot of 3 stars restaurants in my life. Everywhere.....Hermanos Torres was une of the best culinary experience in my life. This is not food , this is perfection This is not a meal,this is Art Thank you chef Javier for this wonderful experience.

Amazing experience. It exceeded all our expectations. Spectacular service, attention to the details, and superb food. The wine card accompanied the 16! dishes perfectly. One can think at the beginning that portions are small…don’t get fooled by that, the amount has been perfectly calculated. The cooks are in the Center of the room and tables around them creates this magical experience of seeing in real life the development of each of the dishes. Perfect harmony and synchronisation.

The good was very good; however, it lacked a wow factor where one dish stood out. The service was excellent and ambience was nice. My only gripe would be that the charge for the Mocktails ( $30/glass) and sparkling water ($26)/ bottle were significantly higher for any 3 star Michelin resturaunt in Spain ( we went to 6 over the past year). Overall, good

Our experience at Cocina Hermanos Torres was wonderful. We had a delicious meal, excellent wine selection and great tasting from beinning to end. My only surprise was there was no 'parting gift' from a Michelin 3-star restaurant (such as they do in USA or France), but that is minimal details.

Most dishes were excellent, with very few misses, mainly that the items were very similar to each other. The service was fine only— friendly somewhat but often missing at other times, and the staff was more concerned with cleaning while we sat for nearly 30 minutes after waiting for our bill. Overall it was a good but not great experience

Deliciously creative and satisfying food, impeccable service, interesting and delicious wine pairing. The only slight detraction may be with the large open space surrounded by black, not warm but almost clinical in feeling. This issue is certainly a personal viewpoint and I am sure others think the opposite. We will dine there again when we return to Barcelona.

The set menu was spectacular, and they adjusted to accommodate my shellfish allergy with no difficulty at all. Each dish was exquisite, and while there were a couple of hiccups with the service, it was mostly very smoothly choreographed. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the room is modern and open with lots of space between tables. The local ingredients and wine pairings were exactly what we were looking for, as newbies to Barcelona. Well worth splashing out for the experience.

Food was all cold, it seems done by intern or trainee, not sure if they really want it serve cold or room temperature, the seafood some smells bad, only the first few was all ok. the dessert and cocktail however was good. services was amazing, lay out was cool. Honestly speaking I find them very dissapointing. Ps. I dined in many michelin restaurant before

Amazing experience and food and atmosphere. Accommodated by shellfish allergy with excellence. Noticed my wife was left handed and addressed accordingly when setting table. Amazing attention to detail. Earned their stars for sure!

We were late and the team hustled to get us caught up. Exceeding expectations all around. Excellent communication between staff. Surprisingly friendly atmosphere in an all black room. Very clean. Perfect pairings. And most importantly incredibly delicious food! Bravo!

Excelent service, the food was not much of my taste (the desert was superb, but it was an state of art regarding appearance and the way it was made. As I had allergy to sea food, they had to change the ingredients of half of the plates and it was done perfectly, I noticed that the plates was the same as If I was eating the sea food. (For example, They made olive caviar instead of fish caviar, which made me feel very special. All staff treated me very well and all of them were really concerned to make me and my company very nice. As I understand English and My company Spanish, we were allways served by someone that explained the dishes in both languages so we all could understand what was the dishes. Even sometimes some of them spoke in Portuguese, our Native language. I definetely recomend this restaurant as they are in the state of art level for everything.

The execution of service, quality of food and presentation along with the pairings of wine were outstanding, the pace was smooth and didnt leave us rushed or waiting at any moment of the evening...would love if they would offer a tour of the kitchen towards the end of the evening perhaps another time!
