7/10As an Italian I was quite disappointed for the portions and the quality. I would be happy to find such a restaurant in central London, but not in the heart of Bologna. the high reviews are probably twisted by the high number of tourists who don't have a clue about what they can expect from the capital of the Italian cuisine.

9/10The food and service were good. However, I found extra tax charges of 15 Euro on a bil of 30 Euro !! I was about to pay,but I clarified and objected the unrealistic charges. The waiter changed the fees fro 15 to 9 claiming that he put service fees for my young kids by Mistake.. So be carful on this point..

6/10We do not understand why they made us pay 3€ for service instead of 2€ as the menú said. We are so disappointed. The food was ok, but that dish do not cost that amount of money.

3.5/10Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. First, the waitress took for ever to take our order even after we called for her. She looked at us and just ignored us. After we finally made our order, they brought the appetizer and first dish at the same time. So my partner had to eat her pasta with the appetizer at the same time. My main course never arrived, I waited 30 minutes for it and it never came. When I stood up to pay, and told the cashier about my plate, she didn’t even acknowledge the fact that they forgot about my plate. We paid 28€ for an appetizer, a simple pasta, a water and a coke. We have lived in Bologna for nearly a year and have never had an experience as terrible as this one. We also did not receive the fork discount offered

4.5/10The staff paid a lot of attention to the local business people in to have lunch, and unfortunately no where near the attentiveness to the only two English speaking patrons (us). The restaurant is definitely more geared to locals. The food itself was very mediocre as well. Not a good experience.

2/10Food was very disappointing and was not fresh. Both the parmigiana and lasagna were cold and clearly had been defrosted, not made fresh. We told the waiter and he did not deny it had been defrosted.
