Not what I expected - it is more a cafe bar than a restaurant- however I was pleasantly surprised by the food which was very good. The chicken was excellent. Friendly staff too. Very quiet which was a shame - they should be busy with food this good.
Good St.Valentin dinner. We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor and TheFork. Photos and opinions were good so we decided to try it. It was very good. Special menu for that dinner was great and fair price compared to other restaurants in Paris. Location very nice and good service. I like it!
Brasserie correcte sans plus
Our best stop in Paris. Staff friendly and helpful to Americans... The bartender took care of us, came back for a great Xmas eve dinner. An excellent break from the city bustle.
Tres bon et service top !
Excellent food, and the staff went out of their way to make use welcome, highly recommended!
Better than expected. Goat cheese starter was outstanding. Pear and Gorgonzola risotto and duck breast were also very good.
I ordered onion soup and braised chicken with salad. They were good however this restraurant is just close to busy traffic road and I do not like the smell of gasoline coming from cars during my dinner.
Very accommodating. I booked fo 16 , 23 arrived; staff were unphased and allowed us to spread around the restaurant. Very helpful with regards to wine and menu. Great spot just off the Seine,
Had a terrific dinner. Arrived early And was seated right away. The waiter was engaging and easy to communicate with. Food came quickly it was delicious. Great location.
Perfectly fine for dinner. Good service, but not amazing. [we've had some amazingly good meals in Paris].French onion soup was good. Chicken was good. Duck was fine/OK. Cocktail was too concentrated/sweet/tart [maybe it was supposed to be that way and it's just not my thing]. My son really liked his creamy fungi pasta ravioli dish!
Vegetarians beware! One person in our party ordered what is listed on the menu as a VG Burger, ie a vegetarian burger. Apparently "burger" was used very loosely as the dish arrived with a bun, a slice of mozzarella cheese and tomato, but NO BURGER. We assumed it was a mistake, but that is what they were offering for 17 euros! The server offered the person to choose another dish, but that too became an ordeal. After doing so, another server came over to tell us that we would not only pay for the price of the new item, but we would be charged 5 euros for the first meal. At first they seemed to be saying that we would be charged because we ate some of the fries off the plate, which did happen before we realized there was nothing in the bun, but then they said they needed to charge us because the other food went to waste. We are American travelers, and perhaps we have unreasonable expectations for French service, but that there was even a conversation, let alone an argument, was extremely unpleasant!
Nourriture quelconque et sans interet
Nice restaurant, waiters were very friendly and welcoming. A stone throw from the Louvre and the Tuileries garden. Fresh ingredients. Would go back again.
Restaurant faces a busy street, so no particular view. The food is just okay, nothing special and the choice is very limited. For the sardined they bring you a can ;)
We were warmly welcome by the hostess and provided options for seating. We decided to take seats at the front facing the street to people watch. We order 4 starts and a main and 2 drinks. The meals came relatively quickly but our drinks for some reason took a little while. My cocktail lacked a bit of alcohol though. The food was generally good quality but could have been hotter (temperature).
Found this restaurant thru trip advisor. It was close to the D’Orsey museum. The food was utterly delicious and service was very attentive. We ordered onion soup, croque monsier and a chicken dish and were very pleased!! We will return!!
Friendly staff, though they made several errors with the order [and one person had to wait a long time for his main dish]. Food was decent, appropriate for the price.
Superb location, good food and very caring service. Our daughter has some food allergies and our host took really good care of her to avoid any problems.
We felt welcomed and the food was delicious!
