Our fourth or fifth visit. We shared the calamari fritti (entree) and the spanner crab spaghetti (main). We usually order more but I’m pregnant so I can’t eat much these days. Calamari: generous portion, served with lemon, flavourful and tasty overall, but leaves you craving for some relief from the oily/ heaviness after awhile. Wished for an acidic/ creamy sauce (like tartar/ thousand island) to give some relief. Crab spaghetti: al dente, lovely sauce, good portions of crab but not outstanding overall. We finished it all but we found ourselves wanting more texture (perhaps an element of crunch or something with more bite to it, since the crab is quite tender). Overall, an enjoyable meal but we weren’t happy that we were charged a different amount to what was shown on the physical menu that day & online menu for the crab spaghetti ($32 on both). We had no add-ons or special requests but the bill showed $34 instead of $32 for the spaghetti in our bill. Not sure why, and we weren’t notified of this. $2 isn’t a big difference, but we’d appreciate transparency in their pricing up front, or at least a verbal notice if they haven’t had time to update their menu prices. We felt a bit pressured to order more overall, which left me feeling guilty that we didn’t order more (in the past, we typically ordered 2 mains and desserts and never felt pressured, but I have severe nausea and vomiting in my pregnancy now so couldn’t force myself to eat more).. so it wasn’t the best end to our night!

Had the pork belly stuffed with pistachio and mash potato which was medium sized and very nicely cooked. Bit pricey but delicious. The pistachio icecream unfortunately tasted nothing like pistachio icecream, but was almond flavoured. Good place to come for pizza. Service was quite good.

As usual the food was divine and the service faultless. The gelati is so good. The pasta chips were really yummy. Deep fried pasta was a first for me and well worth trying.

I have mixed feelings about C.R., having been twice now. The ambience is relaxed, casual and laid back and I love the colourful, warm and homely interior design. The food quality is excellent but, apart from the pizzas, portion sizes are small, for the price. Lisa is a friendly, welcoming hostess, but on a busy night, service can be a tad slow. There are clean toilets and ample parking either in the street outside or in the little car park behind the venue on Storie Street.

Restaurant was nicely located with homely decor. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food was good but a little salty. I know that this seems to be a theme with reviews, perhaps the cook should take notice. With the Fork deal is was worth the visit to try a new place.

Ordered the gnocchi with pesto but it was entree sized so ordered a Sarda pizza which I’m very glad I did. It had a thin crunchy base and was evenly spread with tomato base, delicious pork belly, caramelised onion. Highly recommend their pizza which are the best I’ve had, but would not recommend the gnocchi which I would have preferred in a milder cheese sauce since it’s house made. Pesto is usually used at restaurants which use the packet rubbery gnocchi. Will come back for pizza and to try their tiramisu.

Great food starting with the half metre pizza, the most amazing ravioli and through to the delightful tiramisu. Friendly and attentive service throughout. Highly recomended.

Colle Rosso is a lovely restaurant. The decor is very nice, it's lovely to see images of Italy around the restaurant. The food and service were great, but it was a little too noisy.

Capricciosa pizza was so delicious! But the lasagne has too thick pasta layers that some was not proper cooked inside, taste was not good as the pizza. I tasted something bitter on the Crudo the Tono (fresh tuna, artichoke, roe) antipasto, do not know if it was the roe that I am not familiar with or the tuna itself, I would make it a little bit more sour with lemon. But overall was good! But definitely I will stick to the pizza when came back!

The only complaint about the food was that there wasn't enough of it. The serving size for a main was like an entree, yet their pricing was very high, and we left still hungry after having an entree and 2 mains of pasta. The service was overly attentive, verging on pushy, maybe this was because there weren't many in the restaurant. But the most surprising thing of the experience was the expectation of a tip via the eftpos transaction, this was extremely awkward and uncomfortable, especially when their food pricing was already at a premium.

We had the pizzas. Pork belly one was juicy and light flavored. Very nice. The pork belly pieces could be a bit bigger than 2cmx1cm... we also had the pumpkin pizza, but it wasn't very well seasoned. Fresh but disappointing. Excellent service, can't be faulted. Wonderful ambience. I have previously tried the Tartufo pizza and thought it was excellent. Definitely always go back.

We order the beef cheek and prawn fettucine. The food and service was good. The ambience was relaxing with lots of private space between tables. However, the portion size was a bit small considering the price. We will return again to try the pizza.

Beautiful freshly made pastas with flavoursome sauce - highly recommended. The pizza is bit thin base n not enough flavours to me and l’ll try the special pizza with double base next time. Overall an enjoyable evening
