The pasta had a lot of water in it and the pizza was partly burnt. Loud music and smoking from the bar/restaurant next door totally ruined the ambience. This restaurant was highly recommended (on different web/app plattforms) but this was actually the only bad restaurant experience that we had during a 4-day stay in Milan.

Food was delicious, great portions and reasonably priced. The service was less than desirable- we waited a while to order, and the waiter forgot to bring our water. I also asked for bread with the burrata, but this never arrived and the waiter seemed too busy to come and check on us. We also didn't have any pleasantries when we left, so altogether felt like an impersonal visit and just like any other touristy restaurant in Milan.

We are very disappointed with the service at this restaurant, there was a problem with the payment and I paid 132€ instead of 45€. The waiter told us that we had been reimbursed, but this was not the case. We sent an email and never got a reply. The meal was very good but not worth the money and we don't have to pay that price for a mistake on their part.
