Excellents conseils du patron concernant le vin. Un enthousiasme communicatif
We ordered two main dishes and were positively surprised. Conventional flavours were mixed in an innovative style in both the fish bagna cauda (prepared the northern Italian way, but unusually accompanied by sauteed peperonata and fusilli) and in the assiette vegetarien, which consisted of a tajine dish with scrambled egg accompanied by a radicchio salad with fresh goat cheese. Overall not the cheapest restaurant in town, but surely one of the most flavorful!
