It was memorable because you could tell that there was passion within the food presented. The head chef presented one of the courses himself and made sure to say goodbye when we were leaving, which made us feel welcome and we felt the pride he had in the restaurant and in the food.

Third visit, each one exceeding the last. Honest, thoughtful cuisine executed with art, precision and professionalism. Finest ingredients and unique combinations lead to a truly outstanding culinary evening. Textures, flavors and presentation were outstanding. Staff was attentive and unobtrusive. Wine list is beautiful. Seamless from entrance to exit. I believe this is one of the finest restaurants in Madrid.

The food is good as always, but the waiting time was too long and also they forgot something, so we have to remind them after half hour waiting.
