Beautiful food and an awesome atmosphere , great seating arrangement as well. It’s a bit pricey but it’s well worth it. We will definitely back at some stage again. Thank you

It was very busy and we were shown to our table. Our booking was for 12:30 but there were people everywhere and they were running to get food. They were putting platters of food on the tables to share for dessert when we had not sat down to have the main food. We were unsure as to what drinks were included in the cost, and the staff kept annoying us with taking our plates when I had not even finished. There is a lot of waste happening here. I felt rushed and then when we got to dessert there was no vanilla ice cream left, cherries or most of the cakes. It does not get replaced often enough. And the main course food was disappointing with lamb only on offer with the other food items. There was a lot of staff and customers but it was a very rushed service and they took most of the things on our table even though we had got there later than the others. I didn't even have water on the table or in the glass before we left. Overall okay experience but would I rush back- I guess not. If I had paid more than we had I would be extremely disspointed.

The atmosphere is fantastic and the buffet selection is very good and of top quality. The only down side is that we were not told that the main buffet closed at 2.30 not 3 so some of the party missed out on cheese but the rest of the meal was excellent. Very happy to recommend

Great food, AMAZING staff. There was a glitch with the booking system and our booking somehow ended up in Gradi instead. The restaurant was fully booked and very busy, yet they tried their hardest to accommodate us. Thank you Conservatory!
