This was a disappointing experience.. We chose the restaurant because of ratings on this app, but for us the good rating seems like a mistake. The sushi menu was not very interesting and everything we ate was too salty. I would not recommend this restaurant. Find something else to eat!!

On a beautiful square in Montpellier, I ate dinner with my daughter last night at Cote Sushi. Not only was the food amazing, a blend of Japanese and Peruvian, our server (Mal) was the absolute light of the evening. She was incredibly kind and helped us to pick out the best options on the menu. We would recommend eating here to everybody. You leave with your belly filled and a smile on your face.

Service was friendly but lacked the very basics. We ordered wine but had to ask for wine glasses. We had to ask for a soy sauce tray. We had to ask for sauce that was mentioned in the menu, and received it in something that looked much like an ashtray. The sashimi was ok, yet the rice was absolutely the worst we've ever eaten in a sushi restaurant and I strongly suspect the tuna not being tuna. Overall lacking on every aspect of what we would consider a good sushi restaurant.
