7/10Food and atmosphere really enjoyed. However, when we went it took nearly an hour to receive our main course which was unacceptable. We raised and it was explained there was a private party that was causing some challenges with service. That's again not acceptable since they have a function room set aside and would imagine this is an ongoing service provided therefore be aware but I hope this was a one-off / they resolve.

5.5/10Had a reservation for 7:00. arrived at 6:55 and there was an offer for two cocktails for 12 pounds when I asked it was exactly at 7 o'clock and the woman says no the offer is over so sad obviously not wanting to give you too much

7/10Pros: decent vibes and service. Mac and cheese wasn't bad. Chicken was good. Cons: most of the other food was disappointing. Flavour of the jerk wasn't great. Ribs and salmon were a little overcooked. Chilli sauce wasn't spicy at all. Fried foods (fritters, dumplings) didn't seem freshly fried. And the most disappointing was the rice and peas. I've never had drier rice in a restaurant...

very nice carribean food, but felt the herk sauce ocerpowered the dishes so get a mixture to share, starters were great ebony wings were nice but had the same sauce as jerk chicken

7/10Food was very disappointing this time. The oxtail was hard to chew and the plantain was tough and horrible. The only nice thing was the rice and macaroni cheese.

more vegetarian and pescetarian options in general to all restaurants menus, good flavour to the food, need to add more colour to the plating of food, great value for money with the folk festival offer

8/10The staff were attentive, however the food was not hot enough. Though we ordered the fish platter for x2 there was no flexibility to change or alter choices to accommodate clients choice. Also limited choices on the tea selection.
