We were on a work outing and were really well looked after - even though one of our party arrived late - staff were pleasant, welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious - the braised beef a real highlight. The gin a tonic on arrival was perfect. Thank you for such a special evening x

I dont know how this supposedly has a michellin star, we ordered vegetables and were served ice cubes with a little uncooked carrot on top with beans, and then we ordered a chicken which we were advised that it would take 40mins and ended up taking about an hour and 20min. The waitress only approached to us twice, but she was nice, the food unfortunately was the worst food me and my family have tried our entire lives.

We’ve eat regularly at the Crafthouse and most of the time the food and service is ok. Last night it was 35 mins before our drinks arrived, one starter was brought out incorrect, but replaced immediately (not sure if they have dishes ready to go under a heat lamp). The pork shoulder was dry on top and there was no sauce, perhaps due to the sauce drying under a heat lamp. We decided to not bother with dessert and leave, again it took us standing up to leave before payment was taken

Expected better. Nice greeting when entering the restaurant Incorrect wine order brought to the table. One glass of wine had been corked. Food was luke warm. Toilets messy.

Standard steak experience with peppercorn sauce, the fries were standard bar level sides, the steak i asked for medium but actually a little passed. I guess for local standard its ok but compared to any fine dinning in Europe this is a little bit dragging.

We went for my better half's 'big' birthday. We were greeted with a "Happy Birthday" at the desk which was a nice surprise. All the staff were excellent, attentive and timely. The choice of food was very good. The quality of food was excellent and easily on par with other Michelin restaurants we have been to. The meal ended with a complimentary little 'Happy Birthday ' desert bite. Also the bill was very reasonable, (probably helped by the modest choice of wine to be fair). Can't recommend it enough.
