This restaurant must’ve been the best I’ve ever visited. The ambience was excellent the service top class and the food well can I say to die for. The service went above and beyond as we have two disabled children who were treat with such care. Would highly recommend

This was by far the most surprising find and one of the most delicious meals we had in Italy. Tucked away in an area not well traveled, the space modern filled with contemporary art and the food was spectacular. The staff was incredible and helped guide our food and wine selections. It was unfortunate the restaurant wasn’t busier which could have added to the ambiance and frankly I can’t understand why it’s not sold out nightly it’s so good. The grounds where it is located though is incredibly interesting and the staff should be informed of its background or history because there is definitely some history to the location as it is truly a unique experience.

Very nice food especially the risotto we both had for entree. What was disappointing was that we were not asked for how we wanted the steak cooked. It came very rare! Accompanying the steak was a meagre serve of green and celeriac cream. The deserts were excellent. However, the Fork booking I made said nothing about selecting from a limited men u for the 50% off. As it turned out, the selection of mains was only from 2 dishes, with one being vegetarian. Also entree only had two choices. The wine served by the glass was to be 150 ml but my 3 glasses were each pushing 100 ml at best.

Wonderful location, incredibly nice people working there. The food is simply amazing. Not a lot to choose from, bu every dish is fitted together perfectly. Sweet, sour, butter, salty, they try to work every flavou in their dishes. And the wines (from own vineyard are to die for!) Would go again in a heartbeat.

This restaurant was a great find, part of a small, family-run resort roughly 15-20 minutes from Cortona. The cooking is modern and refined. The chef takes classic Italian flavours and ingredients and reimagines them. The service was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Got slightly off the beaten path to visit this gem.

We have now found one of the finest restaurants in this part of Tuscany/ Umbria! Lovely staff..great setting.. fabulous food ..fair prices for TOP quality...and wine tasting if you like too! We have booked to return already!
