The management at this restaurant is so efficient. She knew my booking was on the fork and I didn't have to ask for the 40% off. Food was very fresh and fantastic flavours, presented well I highly recommend this restaurant. If we had more time, I would go back for another meal!

Sólo una palabra,maravilloso.La atención inmejorable,la comida increible,el local interior pequeño pero acogedor. Comida increíblemente rica,creo que el mejor sushi que comí jamás,rico y con imaginación. Las chicas nos ayudaron también a conseguir un taxi en una noche lluviosa. Salimos de allí super felices, qué más se puede pedir. Chicas os adoro

Crudo is a small cozy restaurant on Perugia's High Street, Corso Vannucci, although we were advised that it might change location soon! The service is very warm and kind and the setting is rather informal but nice. The cuisine has an interesting fusion approach to Far East tradition and, as the restaurant name suggests, there is no cooking here! Not a place to be chosen for a formal meal but excellent for a quick bite at an affordable price, particularly with The Fork's discount.

- The quality of food was ok (although rice/fish ration was definitely wrong) - For 4 ppl we were served with almost no ginger and wasabi (1 small portion) - Average service (not fast, women looked slightly annoyed, but ok) Given listed, it's not worth paying 3€/person for coperto (higher than average for Pg) Overall a very bad experience, we will never return. Not recommended

We took advantage of the 40% discount and were very happy with the price- without it, it would be a bit pricey. The tempura and the black pepper sushi were excellent. Service was fast and good. We had a window bar table, which was not the best option, but it was ok.

I had difficulty in Tuscany eating fish, since everything there was meat. I was happy to find Crudo. Restaurant was tiny and uncomfortable, waitress was pushy and surly, but the food was fresh and delicious!

Bowls and Thuna ottimo. Location and service perfect. Ritorniamo sicuramente. Sehr gut. very Good. A nice place in Perugia to stay for a pranzo o cena, a fuori.
