10/10Our meal at Crudo was fantastic! We had the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and every bite was fantastic. The wine pairings were perfect and I said that I had a “Ratatouille moment” when I tasted the wine pairing with the swordfish & clarified butter pasta. The service was amazing, our waiter was very knowledgeable about wines and the menu and was very friendly. The ambiance was nice and relaxed, even though the food was Michelin quality, which was much nicer than a stuffy fine dining environment. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

10/10Crudo is, hands down, one of the best restaurant in Siracusa and definitely the best place where to eat fresh fish. Both the customer care and the quality of their dishes are excellent. It is a fine dining place that makes you feel like at home. Good job to Paolo and Claudia for thinking outside the box and creating such a nice restaurant in the heart of Ortigia!
