Een echt Italiaans restaurant. Anti Pasti, Primi en Secundi. Dus geen pizza's. Toppie.

What a marvellous find in Overijssel. The service is professional and friendly, a nice combination. The ambiance is modern and sleek but, was cozy, even on the dreary winter night we visited. Our dinner started off with a cocktail, the Verdissimo, which is absolutely divine. The risotto delicato was perfectly cooked. The Tagliatelle con tartufo nero was a little dry. Not quite perfect. The Vitello con rucola e Parmigiana was okay, the parmasean cookies tasted odd and the veal was almost over cooked (for our standards) but wonderfully presented.
My husband adores my Tiramisu and admitted their's was just as good (less work for me in the future). There appears to be only one sitting per evening and the restaurant was completely reserved so, book ahead.
This is possibly the best restaurant in the province. Even though it was not perfect this particular evening, we are already planning our next visit and what dishes we plan to order. Perhaps, next time, we will be scoring a perfect 10.
