LA MER - Pour le plus grand bonheur de vos papilles gustatives, le chef Fabrice Bonnot marie avec créativité les ingrédients les plus nobles. Avec une carte mettant en scène un duo terre et mer, les produits de la mer restent les produits stars du Chef. Ainsi vous pourrez déguster, par exemple, son pavé de lieu noir, vapeur de chou fleur et brocoli, jus coco Wasabi

FABRICE BONNOT - Le Chef s'est toujours destiné aux métiers de bouche : tour à tour pâtissier, chocolatier, glacier, cuisinier, serveur et directeur, il a tenu à connaître parfaitement toutes les facettes de sa passion et de la profession. Pour parfaire ses connaissances, il a travaillé auprès des plus grands comme les frères Troisgros à Roanne, Guy Savoy à Paris, et Goumard Prunier, le temple du poisson parisien, durant 10 ans.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Very elegant. The food is extraordinary. The chef sends out little treats throughout the meal. Fabulous wine selection. I've been twice during my stay in Lyon.

Reserved a table for 3 for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfect! Our waiters were fabulous; very professional but fun, entertaining and knowledgable. The service was immediate and continuos. The food was spectacular. Every dish had so many layers of flavor, and each were beautifully presented. Extra treats were sent out by the chef throughout the night. Simply a great dining experience!

Nous avons connu le restaurant de F Bonnot par La Fourchette et nous recommandons très très fortement : un cadre design et sobre, un accueil personnel par le Chef lui-même + une équipe attentive, d'excellents produits préparés avec intelligence et sensibilité. Un grand bravo. Salle juste un peu bruyante et avec un groupe de 10-12 à côté de votre table, pas toujours calme... Pour le reste, un sans-faute !! Bravo, nous reviendrons ;-)

Good mid-price range restaurant for a romantic dinner or dinner with a couple friends. I don't think it will work well for big companies. The food was excellent and the service was superb. Overall very positive experience. Would come back there to celebrate small things in life.

The appetizer and the main course were delicious. The service were impeccable too with chef Fabian personally attending to us to recommend the dishes. Wonderful food with good service at a reasonable price!

This restaurant is undoubtly one of the best French restaurants we have been to. The service was exceptional, we spoke mainly English with a little French, but the wait staff was very patient and took their time to explain to us each course and it's ingredients. The chef came out of the kitchen often to ask if we needed any help, and also recommended what wine to pair with each course. The food was absolutely delicious and the flavors melded well and overall, we had an enjoyable night and would return and recommend this restaurant to all.
