10/10Perfect local restaurant. Delicious food and charming waitress. All the other customers were locals which says a lot. Highly recommended. We'd have eaten there again if they hadn't been fully booked!

10/10I have booked a table for 14 people, my family and closest friends, for the night of my graduation. All I wanted was a great ambience and excellent food to celebrate this huge day. And I have got nothing less, the food was amazing and they could serve it all at the same time and the personal care how they handled all our small request were amazing. I whole heartedly recommend this restaurant for any type of occasion. 10/10

7.5/10Small trattoria under one of the famous portici of bologna - the ambiance is simple and the service was efficient. The food was simple and well prepared - in addition to antipasti we had lasagna and a chicken dish - the portions were larger than expected. I would return and do not hesitate to recommend.

10/10Of you find yourself in Bologna, be sure to find Da Giampi e Ciccio. This is a small, a bit off the tourist place, local place with a very simple menu of extremely wonderful food. You simply won’t go wrong with anything in their menu!

10/10If you are looking for a typical local cuisine, attended by the owner (Ciccio) and his family, this is the place. The food was superb (we ordered lasagna and 3 different pastas, the the house wine). Don't expect the agility and red carpet of other places, as I said it's an Italian family trattoria and it's exactly that that make the experience worthy.

9/10Owner was extremly friendly and comunicative though his english was not very good. They do not reconize THE FORK reservations, but he found us a table anyway

10/10A small trattoria with generous portions of tasty home made food. Quick and friendly service. In the evenings there are more tourists from 7/7.30 pm and more Italians from 8.30/9pm. Can be busy so best to reserve.

10/10This restaurant was recommended by a chef in an Italian restaurant in Tobago when we told him we were visiting Bologna with friends. Great evening atmosphere and serving staff were wonderful as was the wine and food.
