The staff were perfectly friendly, but there was an issue with communication as they didn't really speak much German (or English), only Italian. We had an issue with using the card machine and it was very hard to resolve because of this. The food was fine, but they missed off part of our order which got bought to us after 3 of us had finished eating, and there was also issues with our drinks order. As I said, the staff were perfectly friendly and apologetic, but unfortunately it wasn't a great experience for us.
