Right at the heart of Campo de Ourique, you will find the recent restaurant Dalí Cozinha Surreal where you will be able to travel around the different corners of the world in a culinary experience with flavors from Brasil, Middle East, America amongst others. This place serves as a restaurant, a pub and a coffee house and it’s open literally half a day (from midday to midnight), so you can pass by and eat your lunch, have a drink in the afternoon or a snack, go for dinner or enjoy a night cocktail or handcrafted beer. Surely a plus in this already crowded neighborhood as there are not many places to go for a drink here. We went there for a family Saturday lunch and were welcomed by a very friendly host. The place is small and the walls are covered with guitars and record covers which makes you wonder whether you are at a restaurant or a pub. The set is very well thought, sober but trendy at the same time, which makes it a perfect place to go with your mate or couple friends and try small dishes from here and there. The food is tasty, original and very well presented. We were served by Dalí himself (Victor Cavalheiro), always making us feel at home and very attentive, so just ditch your watch at home and enjoy the experience. Our rating - 4.5/5
